Croaker Norge is best known as the lieutenant of the legendary Lobo Qwok. Norge, as well as Lobo Qwok, is currently pursued by secret government agencies that specialize in "asset removal". His picture, taken in 1995, can often be seen on wanted posters with the code name given to him by these agencies: "Christopher Norton." He was once featured on America's Most Wanted, but was never identified.
